该剧改编自同名惊悚网漫，描写平凡的出租车司机吴泽（李星民饰）载着前往木浦的客人（柳演锡饰）意识到他是连环杀人魔后恐怖行驶的故事。。资深机长乔伊将星际号航班定为他的最后一次飞行。而飞机起飞后不久，一帮劫机者的出现使得整个飞机陷入一片混乱。劫机首领用枪威胁乔伊，同时劫机者的同伙挟持了乔伊的妻儿。迫于形势乔伊只得配合劫机者，劫机者要求与乔伊的姐姐，即现任美国总统通话，勒令政府放了劫机者的同伙——雅利安同党，否则就与星际号同归于尽。总统面临一个艰难的决策：面对一群恐怖分子劫持了一架客机，且机长是总统的弟弟。总统将何去何从？是拯救弟弟？还是维护地面上人民的生命？。What if a web cast, LIVE on Halloween, turned out to be a real life survival game?
