在2017年10月7日的“Machi☆Asobi”漫展上，宣布将制作续篇。2018年12月22日在周年纪念活动“Prisma☆Klangfest ～kaleidoscope～”上宣布新作OVA制作决定。 OVA于2019年6月14日在剧场上映，标题为《Fate/kale id liner 魔法少女☆伊莉雅 Prisma☆Phantasm》（neta自Carnival Phantasm），共63分钟，为原作者广山弘监修的原创搞笑剧情。正式的BD/DVD于2019年11月27日发售。 片尾以“To be continued…”及新画面的形式宣布续作决定。。第二季的故事是发生在第一季的故事结束后三年，爱良等人从Pretty Top演艺学校结业并学有所成，之后有了全新生力军的加入，包含了玲奈、果铃、彩海三人组成的团队“三棱镜伴侣（Prism Mates、プリズムメイツ）”，与后来加入的美爱，演变成四人明星团体“Prizmmy☆”并走上成名之路；后来有来自韩国的五位女性留学生加入了Pretty Top演艺学院，并与Prizmmy☆四人连袂演出。。Since the end of their pirate radio station, life has been quiet for the Kurupt FM boys, but everything is about to change.
