剧以西周初年为故事背景，讲述了刁蛮俏厨娘妲喜（白鹿饰）在进宫后阴错阳差与大王姬满（张逸杰饰）进行了灵魂互换继而发生的一系列啼笑皆非的故事。。Story of an inventor who, suffering betrayal in life, makes a career of it by becoming a clown whose act consists of getting slapped by all the other clowns. He falls in love with another circus performer, and those who betrayed him enter his life yet again.。本片为1968年奥斯卡(美国电影学院奖) 最佳动画短片。老人带着神秘盒子来到酒吧里。旁人都十分好奇，以各种方式试探他。显然神秘盒子里的真相都让他们失望了。只有一位年轻女子例外，她同样穿着黄色雨衣，也有着同样的盒子。老人与女孩志同道合，结伴离开了酒吧。开放，脱离世俗的忘年交惹人嫉妒。短片里的盒子，即个性，偏好的象征物。白地的卡通手绘有部分立体视角旋转镜头。全程敲击乐缺乏起伏，显得有些嘈杂。。
