清末，朝廷腐败不堪，某省巡抚鄂托（吴卫东 饰）执掌一方，民怨载道，革命党人纷纷起事，清廷武力镇压。省城最大的戏楼内《霸王别姬》正在上演，巡抚鄂托为捧扮演虞姬的陈子莲（王子子 饰）专程到此赏戏。不料，台上的楚霸王突然刺杀鄂托。鄂托贴身侍卫队长叶德文（杜奕衡 饰）狡猾毒辣，滥杀无辜，楚霸王情急中救下陈子莲。 八个月后，帅气的清朝官宦公子许骥远（蒲巴甲 饰）出现在了鄂托的府中，但已成惊弓之鸟的鄂托并没有将其留在身边，而是派他去巡警学校做了校长。然而叶德文却怀疑许骥远就是逃走的楚霸王……。Jaya and Yogi set out on a short journey to retrace past relationships and end up in the most eventful, strange, crazy trip of their lives.
