The main plot deals with the adulterous love affair between Sgt. Warden and Karen Holmes, who's married to Warden's commanding officer Captain Dana Holmes.。A woman disfigured during a plastic surgery operation takes out her anger on all those who have wronged her, by slaughtering them.。
