《幸存者》是一类热门的真人秀类比赛节目，在全球各地的电台多有举办。在这类比赛中，参赛选手被孤立在遥远而鲜有人住的地区，通过比赛赢得奖金。此类节目始于1992年英国。 美国的《幸存者》节目始于1999年，曾先后被NBC, ABC, CBS电台拒绝，后来终被CBS台买下并于2000年开始制作。 《幸存者：珍珠岛》是CBS热门真人秀幸存者的第七季，拍摄于2003年，首播于03年9月28日。比赛地点是巴拿马附近的珍珠岛，历史上曾是海盗活动猖獗的地方。因此该季度两个部落的名字分别为Francis Drake（伊丽莎白一世执政期间的著名海盗）和Henry Morgan（十七世纪加勒比海最大胆和成功的海盗）。合并后的部落名为Balboa（16世纪杰出的探险家）。 《幸存者：珍珠岛》是自幸存者开播而来，观看率最高的一季，出现了众多新元素：独一无二的大逆转，放逐岛、战...。名牌大学生张平毕业后同女友一起回到家乡秋城，女友进了父亲的房地产公司，张平去交警队当了辅警。虽然工资不高但他很喜欢这份工作，他盼望有一天能成为真正的人民警察。然而事与愿违，女友父亲的反对，驾驶人的辱骂，让张平感到很委屈也很迷茫，当他正准备放弃的时候，突然接到新任务，还受到表扬，这让他觉得自己的选择是对的，瞬间找到一种归属感和成就感。张平和女友最终是否能走到一起？。In this bitingly satirical film Peter Slovan, a continuous source of trouble for the film functionaries of the socialist Slovakia, tackles an evergreen topic – the corruptive effects of power. Barnabáš Kos, a triangle player at a symphonic orchestra, is suddenly promoted to serve as the head of the said institution, even though both he and his superiors deem him completely unfit for the task. Encouraged in equal parts by this unexpected recognition and the servile praise of his colleagues, Kos’s modesty starts to gradually vanish. The erstwhile bashful and aloof percussionist quickly becomes aware of the advantages of his new office, and begins to realise his increasingly ludicrous artistic ambitions. Ultimately, the submissive marionette turns into a source of public humiliation, and his astonishing career finds an abrupt end. Orchestra serves here as a microcosm that grotesquely reflects the absurd and tragicomic mechanisms of the paranoid apparatus of power.
