时间是2045年，故事的舞台是日本制造的太空站“安心”，在月球出生的少年“登矢”和儿时玩伴“心叶”为了移居地球而在太空站进行复健，但他们却和首次到宇宙旅行的地球孩子“大洋”、“美衣奈”、“博士”一同被卷入了太空站与彗星的冲撞事故。在与大人们隔绝，网络也被切断的封闭空间中，时而冲突、时而互助的孩子们，必须共同面对减压、EVA（宇宙游泳）、微型机械失控等种种困难。。When the single middle-aged Luis travels from Barcelona to bury the remains of his mother in the vault of his family in Segovia, he is lodged by his aunt Pilar in her old house where he spent his summer of 1936 with her.
