Then came the first attack on U.S. soil - Los Angeles - and the reality became clear: our world was at war o...。蜷川亚室（丰崎爱生 配音）自幼生活在海边，有着了不起的游泳技术，是一个个性活泼开朗的女生。今年，她就要转入著名的县立海商高等学校开始新的学习生活了，会有怎样的好运等待着她呢？一进入学校，亚室即选择了自己热爱的游泳部，没想到，有用不的经理人兼部长冲浦要（丰永利行 配音）居然是一个连水也不敢碰的旱鸭子。 在游泳部里，亚室认识了很多志同道合的好友：坚强好胜的织冢桃子（生天目仁美 配音），个头矮小长相幼齿的生田莳辉（清水爱 配音），表面清纯内心却十分好色的静冈魅玲（福井裕佳梨 配音）。在亚室的支持和鼓励下，冲浦要也渐渐的开始尝试从前十分恐惧的游泳运动。而他和亚室之间的关系，似乎并不是部长和部员这么简单。。
